How does payment work?

We take 50% deposit upfront to start, with the remaining 50% due on launch. Monthly retainers (Google Ads, support, hosting) are billed at the start of each month.

Do you issue tax invoices?

Are your prices in ZAR or USD?

All pricing on the website is in ZAR (R). International clients can be invoiced in USD on request.

Who owns the website / system after it's built?

You do. On final payment, full ownership of the design, content and source code transfers to you in writing.

What's your refund policy?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work begins (it covers discovery, strategy and initial designs). If you cancel before design starts, we refund 100% minus a R500 admin fee.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

We don't move past the design stage until you're happy. The two revision rounds exist exactly for this — most clients sign off on the first or second round.
